Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CSWStats ("we", "us", "our"), operated by CSW STATS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17251461. By using the site, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CSWStats is a darts website. Most of it needs no account at all:

• Darts information - tournament schedules, calendars, results, brackets, world rankings, prize money, checkout guides and where each event is shown on television.
• Free tools and games - a 501 scoreboard you can use from your phone, checkout and practice aids, and Dartle, our daily guessing game.
• An account, if you want one, which saves the games you score and shows your own records and averages.

All of it is currently free, with no subscription and no payment of any kind.

CSWStats previously imported match history from DartCounter. That import is switched off and no DartCounter data is fetched. Features that depended on it are unavailable, and we do not promise they will return.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use CSWStats.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• CSWStats is currently free. There is no subscription, no charge and no payment taken.
• If paid plans are introduced in future, existing users will be told on the site before anything changes, and no one will be charged without opting in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Darts Information and Accuracy

The schedules, results, rankings, prize money, formats and win percentages we publish are compiled by hand from publicly available sources and are provided for information only. Every page shows the date its data was last checked.

• We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current. Dates move, draws change, and figures are sometimes corrected after we publish them.
• Do not rely on anything here for betting, travel, ticketing or any other decision where being wrong would cost you something. Check the official source before you act.
• Win percentages and title chances are our own estimate, worked out from published prices and rankings. They are not a prediction and they are not betting advice. We name and link no bookmaker and we take no commission on any link on this site.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Professional Darts Corporation or any broadcaster. Event names are used only to describe the events.

If you spot something wrong, please tell us at contact@cswdarts.co.uk and we will check it.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties for hosting, email, payment processing and analytics. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or continuity of services they provide, and if one changes or becomes unavailable, parts of the site may be affected.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, code and written content of CSWStats are owned by CSW STATS LTD. Facts such as dates, scores and rankings are not owned by anybody. Anything you enter - the games you score, your display name, any photograph you upload - remains yours; we process it to provide the service and claim no ownership of it.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, or any image you do not have the right to use. We may remove a display name or photograph that is offensive or impersonates somebody else.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSW STATS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any loss arising from reliance on the darts information described in section 5. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or £50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@cswdarts.co.uk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the new version goes on this page with a new "last updated" date, at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
