T16 D12. That is the standard 2-dart finish for 72: treble 16, then double 12. It is a two-dart finish, so you can go at it with a dart in hand.

If you miss the first dart

Hit single 16 instead of the treble and you are left on 56 with 1 dart in hand. You cannot finish 56 with 1 dart, so throw for a leave instead and take it next visit.
