T19 D4. That is the standard 2-dart finish for 65: treble 19, then double 4. It is a two-dart finish, so you can go at it with a dart in hand.

Hit single 19 instead of the treble and you are left on 46 with 1 dart in hand. You cannot finish 46 with 1 dart, so throw for a leave instead and take it next visit.
