T20 T15 D20. That is the standard 3-dart finish for 145: treble 20, then treble 15, then double 20.

If you miss the first dart

Hit single 20 instead of the treble and you are left on 125 with 2 darts in hand. You cannot finish 125 with 2 darts, so throw for a leave instead and take it next visit.
